Tracy Russo - President
Tracy Russo is president and founder of Keesey Consulting, Inc. She is a Finance graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude, with an Economics minor. Under Tracy’s leadership, Keesey Consulting has grown into a successful computer networking, programming, and software provider. She is currently the acting CFO of Keesey Consulting.
Tracy is also a partner in HTA Financial Services, Inc., a professional insurance brokerage group that specializes in Long-Term Care Insurance, and a founding Partner of the National LTC Education Center. She has been a featured speaker at Financial Planning Firms, Bar Associations, Chambers of Commerce, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the 2008 and 2009 LTC Professional EXPOs. Tracy’s background in finance and business planning is the foundation for Keesey Consulting, Inc.
C. Joseph Keesey III – MCAD, ACC
Network Specialist / Application Developer
Joe Keesey is the CEO and Senior Consultant and Application Developer for Keesey Consulting, Inc. He is an industry leader in providing companies with ideas and solutions to solve issues using information technology. In 2004, the Business Operations and Executive Management of Keesey Consulting was designated to Mr. Keesey. He has continued to grow the business by becoming one of the fastest ACT! Certified Consultants to reach Platinum status and by keeping the company in the top 100 of 500 ACC’s in the United States.
Before working for Keesey Consulting, Joe was employed by a major consulting firm in the Conshohocken area. During this time, he aided the company in growing from top 50 in the US to top 10 in only three years. This was achieved by utilizing Joe’s skills to custom program solutions to fit the needs when the box product was missing features required by the company.

Kenneth Roberts – MCP, ACC
Network Specialist / ACT! Certified Consultant,
Ken is a Network Specialist with over 10 years in the networking and IT field and has been employed by Keesey Consulting since March of 2006. He is an expert in network infrastructure design for small to mid-size businesses. He is also an expert in troubleshooting and maintaining client/server architechture, remote services, data back-up, and fault tolerance and redundancy. Ken has helped many clients design and implement solutions to fit their business needs and help their staff operate more efficiently and productively.
Ken became an ACT! Certified Consultant in March of 2006, and he achieved an additional Sage certification for the ACT! for Financial Professionals vertical in October of 2007. Ken also completed a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification for Windows 2003 Small Business Server in May of 2007. Ken is currently studying to complete the MCSE Certification (Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer).
Kimberly Russo
Office Manager
Kimberly Russo is an Office Manager with more than 5 years experience in customer service, administration and accounting. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and has been employed by Keesey Consulting since June of 2008. Kimberly is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, employee benefits and the company’s day-to-day administrative needs. She manages relationships with vendors and service providers and participates as a key partner in developing, maintaining, and updating company budgets and cash flow forecasts. Kimberly is proficient in many of the software applications offered by Keesey Consulting including ACT! by Sage, Microsoft Office, Swiftpage, Peachtree, Quickbooks, and Quicken.
